1.1. Overview about Kiu ERP

Kiu ERP helps companies manage and simplify their business processes.

Only 3% of the business owners we spoke to use accounting software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. They needed it but existing options were too complicated and expensive. We have developed Kiu ERP which is simple, flexible, and affordable for all business.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems help companies manage and simplify their business processes by tying everything together under a single database and interface. When every department or location has its own software and data sources, efficiency suffers. Complicated processes drain time and money. Multiple databases create confusion and duplication. Lack of visibility makes it hard to find and fix problems. An ERP system connects employees with the information they need to support customers, processes, and projects more effectively.

1.2. Get start with Kiu ERP

1.2.1. How to create a database

Your database can be created from Kiu ERP Website: https://erp.kiuglobal.com/web/signupAfter submitting subscription form, the system will generate a database accordingly and send an announcement via email. If submitter hasn’t received the email, please double check all mails or contact with Kiu support at support@kiuglobal.com.

1.2.2. How to implement a new database

Let’s have a look at the implementation planners. These are accessible from the Settings Module, or from the top progress bar on the right hand side of the main applications.

Kiu ERP's menus are organized to lead you through an implementation in a sensible order, so that information that has to be entered first is encountered first in the menu system. Forms are also organized so that if you enter data in the natural order, you will get later fields completed automatically by the earlier ones where possible. And demonstration data illustrates how Kiu ERP's functional areas are linked from one to the other.

1.2.3. How to update company info/ logo

You need to make sure you have Admin access right to update company info/ logo.

Then you will be able to access System Module ‣ User ‣ Company ‣ Choose your company ‣ Click at the pencil icon on the picture ‣ Upload your logo ‣ Save

Please note that the logo size is limited to 1024 x 1024 px.

1.2.4. How to create a user account & grant access rights

You need to make sure you have Admin access right to create a user account & grant access rights

Then you will be able to access System Module ‣ User ‣ User ‣ Create ‣ Set the access rights as you wish to ‣ Save

Please note that the email of user is mandatory and must be unique.

Once you finish above steps, there is no notification to user until you click at the button Send an invitation via email. An invitation will be sent to the user’s email with link to set password. In case the user hasn’t received the email, you can copy the link and send them or you even can set a password for the user by clicking at Change Password.
